WALK FOR MENTAL HEALTH. WALK TO SUPPORT A LOVED ONE. WALK TO HONOR A LIFE LOST TOO SOON.
Join us for our 16th Annual There is Hope Walk
There is Hope is an annual fundraising and awareness walk held along beautiful Lake Michigan in Sheboygan, WI. This powerful event not only supports those who have experienced the real and tragic loss of a loved one to suicide but also brings our community together in making a difference around suicide awareness. It is also an opportunity for those who face or have faced mental health struggles to support one another and feel the support from our community. All funds raised support our programming efforts around mental health and suicide prevention.
Announcing our 2021 Keynote Speaker, Benjamin Breckheimer!
Breckheimer is a public figure, Purple Heart recipient, high altitude climber, and international motivational speaker. In 2009, his life changed after stepping on an IED in Afghanistan. Originally from the Milwaukee area, he currently resides in North Carolina.
Benjamin speaks about veteran suicide, HOPE, and resiliency. In June 2021 he made history as the first combat wounded veteran to climb "The Seven Summits." We are excited to welcome him this September!

We look forward to having you join us in spreading HOPE in 2021!
As we transition out of the pandemic, we return to the lakefront and walk according to public health recommendations. However, you may join us from anywhere in the world through our virtual platform. In addition, our silent auction will remain virtual. We look forward to seeing people in person again and having a supportive reach beyond what we have when only in person!
