Bring Back the Fun in 2021!

Welcome to the Play is Healing community

Thank you so much for your interest in Play is Healing. We here at ABCM, MHA, and the YMCA are very excited to offer this program in 2021 to help our children (and ourselves!) come together, survive, and heal from the collective trauma of the pandemic. Check out the week 2 video filmed at the museum in the Melitta S and Joan M Pick Toddler Barnyard barn exhibit with a farm theme. Stay tuned next week for our first video at the YMCA!

The recorded exercises are broken up into 1-3 minute exercises or you can watch the full 10-15 minute video and practice them all together! Use at your convenience and according to your schedule.

Geared towards K-5 elementary students, these practices, recorded with the backdrop of ABCM museum exhibits and YMCA fitness areas, can be played all at once or you can pick specific quick exercises to affect one's mood and focus.
