A Mindful Recess
Thank you for your interest in receiving weekly emails for our collaborative Play is Healing program. A Mindful Recess is an 8 week pre-recorded series is broken into intervals to boost brain and body health. Included in the sessions are mindfulness and fitness movements for calming and focus, balance and coordination, strength and flexibility, and finishing with gratitude while refocusing back on learning. Each week you will receive an email with the week's lesson and corresponding resources.
